Travel to Paradise with Strasburg Rail Road! #StrasburgRailway

While we were travelling earlier this month, one of our stops was Paradise. Literally.

The Steam Train from Strasburg Rail Road takes you on a return trip to Paradise, Pennsylvania.

Hannah loved being on a train (and the Thomas filled gift shop). I liked seeing the farms and Amish country side.

We were in a Coach car, with comfortable seats. Steam Engine 475 did a great job giving us a smooth ride. The Conductor of the train provided informative commentary during the 45-minute ride that taught us about the past and present of the area we were riding through.

There are many activities, shops and dining at the station.

The Strasburg Rail Road is located on Route 741, 1-1/2 miles east of the center square in historic Strasburg, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
