"Mommy, how many more days til Halloween?" "Mommy, Halloween is in fall. Did you know it's fall now?" "Mommy, can I try on my Elmo costume again?"
This year, my kid is ALL about Halloween. It may have started when a fabulous box arrived from Hallmark Canada with some of their latest must-haves to celebrate the day.
She loves the Halloween Sccoby-Doo Itty Bitty. She loves listening to the book Bernie and the Missing Trick-or-Treaters. And she loves dancing and singing with Roary the Candy Monster.
My favourites include Drop 'n' Greet Bernie the Bat. He's motion activated, and sometimes on his way back up, apologizes for scaring you - and then says, "Not really." He's my kind of bat. I too like his story book. After switching jobs a few months ago to a more conservative work attire department, I'm excited to wear the Spooktacular Scarf on Oct. 30th to celebrate (as Halloween falls on a Saturday this year!). Of course I'm in love with the black cats featured - I live with one year round!
How are you celebrating Halloween? Are you hosting a party? Giving out candy? Either way, Hallmark has you covered with a variety of great decorations and other items to help celebrate!
One lucky YYZ Bambina reader will win a Spooktacular Scarf! Enter using the Rafflecopter below before October 21st, 2015.
